Our clinic is located next to TruFit off of Midland Drive. The front doors face South and are accessible from anywhere in the open parking lot. Gated parking and side entrance are for employees only.

Please call during office hours to set up appointments or to speak with our staff. Patients will be seen by appointment only. 

Answering Service


The best way to contact our office is by phone or by sending a message through the patient portal. If you have an emergency, always call 911.
