    Request Appointment

Occasionally, despite our best efforts, we may run late. We will keep you informed so that you have the option of rescheduling your appointment or seeing another provider, if available.

  • Well Child Visits

To keep your children healthy, it is important to bring them in for regular check-ups.

Above 2 years of age we strongly encourage annual well visits. Below 2 years of age the visits are more frequent so that we can follow the CDC immunization schedule.

Our doctor's and nurse practitioner's appointment times fill up fast, so we recommend that you call 432-620-8687 weeks in advance so you may choose the date that best fits your needs. It is best to keep the appointments closely after the child's birthday for insurance and billing purposes.

It is also important to schedule care plan appointments (consultations) months ahead as well. Care plan follow up appointments include, but are not limited to:

    • ADHD
    • Diabetes
    • Asthma
    • Other Medication Rechecks

  • Sick Child Visits

If you would like us to see more than one child, please schedule both when you make your appointment. Without an appointment, we may not be able to see a sick sibling right away, and you may be asked to wait while the provider sees scheduled patients first.

All sick visits require an appointment and are scheduled the same day only. There are a few clinical reasons in which a future sick appointment can be scheduled, but this is determined by the provider only. Calls that come in each day for sick appointments are triaged and scheduled accordingly.

Weekend Clinic, on Saturdays, is also by same day sick appointments only and is meant for acute illnesses, not issues that have been going on for weeks.

  • Walk-Ins

On regular business days, walk in appointments will be available from 8:30am - 11:30am and 1:30 - 4pm. On holidays and some Fridays, when only one clinician is in the office, we ask that you call to schedule an appointment. You should also be aware that on most Friday afternoons, if the clinic is slow, we may close early.

  • Cancellation / No Show:

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, we ask that you give us 4 hours notice.

If an appointment is cancelled or rescheduled inside of the 4 hours, we will be forced to mark the appointment as a no show.

If a patient accumulates 3 or more no shows in a 12-month period, there is a risk of being dismissed from the practice.
